Frisco: The PARC Urology office is located at 5680 Frisco Square Blvd, Suite 2300 on the second floor of the professional office building next to Forest Park Medical Center. Exit Cotton Gin Road from the Dallas North Tollway and enter the parking garage by Forest Park Hospital. Our office are accessed from P3 in the garage. Parking is free.
Southlake: We share an office with Lonestar Urology, on Southlake Blvd. between Carroll Avenue and Byron Nelson Parkway near Baylor Southlake Family Medicine, Suite 130.
Dr. Bush operates at Forest Park Frisco, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano, and Medical City Children’s Hospital.
